Our Mission
The George White Booster Club was founded in 1997 to support education programs
at George White Elementary School. In the past, we have focused on support for
technology, physical education and school spirit, but have now broadened our scope
to support all programs at George White Elementary School. We work closely with the
PTA, teachers, staff, and administration to identify fundraising needs at our school.

Our Goal for 2011-2012
In 2011-2012, we are raising money to add new computers to all of our classrooms.
We need to raise $30 per student to reach our goal! We appreciate your generous
support!

As a school‐connected organization, we must follow the same Constitutional guidelines
related to student fees that mandate all schools and districts provide a public education
to your student free of charge. Subject to certain exceptions, your right to a free public
education means that neither the school nor its support organizations can require you
or your family to purchase materials, supplies, equipment or specific uniforms for any
school activity, nor can we require you or your family to pay security deposits or make
donations in order to participate in the program.
All donations are strictly voluntary and greatly appreciated as we work to support our
schools and programs!
